BeSeen is a privacy-first mood journal for you and the people closest to you. Track your emotional wellbeing through expressive check-ins including mood levels, emotion tags, journal notes, photos, and voice memos, then optionally share with a partner in a way that feels safe and gentle.

Is my data private?

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. There are no mandatory accounts and no cloud tracking. The only time data leaves your phone is when you connect with a partner, and you choose exactly what to share.

How does partner sharing work?

You can link with your partner using a unique invite code. Once connected, choose from four sharing tiers: mood only, mood with tags, summary, or everything. You'll see each other's latest shared mood on a real-time partner card.
